This culture place is a result of a partnership between France and 22 Arab countries. The Arab World Institute has become the most important, large and open meeting place for Arab filmmakers, introducing the best Arab film productions to a regularly increasing audience. The institute attracts a large audience for the quality and the quantity of the selected films presented not only inside the institute but in many venues in Paris and Marseille, and cause a large echo in the Arab media. Through its endeavor to spread Arab culture and enhance Euro-Arab cultural dialogue, the Arab World Institute presents creative, lively and modern Arab cinema which represents societies making efforts to develop. The Institute also aims to introduce Arab filmmakers to the French and European public and offers them the opportunity to screen their work in French theaters.
Docudays
Beirut – Lebanon
Beirut International Documentary Festival, the only festival in the Arab world totally dedicated to documentaries, 7th edition in 2005. Docudays aims at raising public awareness to the importance of the non-fiction genre as an informative and entertaining tool, and to foster dialogue between different cultures.
The festival main activities are:
- Film screening of award-wining international documentaries and arab world premiers.
- Crystal Eye Award Competition: Arab & International Film competition for professional and students films.
- Professional panels & training sessions: the art of storytelling in documentary, the art of project marketing, documentary filmmaking and activism.
Foundation Arab Film Festival
Rotterdam – The Netherlands
The Arab film Festival – Rotterdam is a yearly cultural activity organized by the FAFF, the object of the festival is to support the Arab cinema and the Arab filmmakers, to promote better understanding among the Arab and European people, and to be a means for developing the art of film industry. The festival take place for 24 days during the month of June from every year, in Rotterdam and four other Dutch cities.

The PPC is a creative house backed up by a professional team of scriptwriters, directors and art directors, with an experience of more than 15 years in the field. PPC is a leading, full-service production house that provides audio/video services based in Amman – Jordan. PPC produce and execute TV awareness spots, TV commercials, handle advertising campaign both print and TV, produce mini-series, dramas, documentaries, music videos, news reports and feature stories, dubbing and subtitling into Arabic, English and French.
PPC owns the following studios:
- Audio Studios (Dubbing, mixing, music and recording)
- Shooting Studio (Camera units, lights, grip and accessories)
- Editing studios (Post production suites, linear and non-linear, analogue and digital)
